Review: Sunrise Landscaping damaged a water pipe on my property while mowing my lawn, and refuse to pay for the damages that was caused by their employees. Than they came and provided unauthorized services while I wasn't home and in the middle of the process of trying to resolve the issue. Sunrise refuse to return my calls until today, in which the manager finally answered my call and told me since I had no video footage of the incident he was not going to pay for the damage and still expects me to pay for the unauthorized service on my lawn. I own Sunrise Landscape a balance for 2 lawn cutting services which equal $60, I tried calling and paying that balance last week but was told not to pay it and want for the manager to call me. The manage call me today and told me he don't care about the damages done on my property or the unauthorized service and he's going to put me in collector if I don't give Sunrise Landscaping $90 and continue with their service. I told him since I have a balance he can just waive my balance and I will accept that as payment for the damages on my property but he called my all sorts of names and said he will see me in court. ( I have photos of the damages done on my property)Desired Settlement: I won't my balance waived to cover damaged caused for Sunrise landscaping on my property.
