I am rejecting this response because:I DID NOT state at any point that I banked with [redacted] I believe I know exactly who I Bank with. It’s funny that since a complaint was brought forward to you guys, you now “claim” the consumer said the wrong bank. Regardless of the time of purchase, if you work hand in hand with Educators, which coincidentally was the exact same  thing [redacted] told me when I sat down in front of him before signing the paperwork. You should know with my credit score that I would qualify with the lowest rate with them as possibly on a 72 month note. He even mentioned a specific loan officers name (which I assume was a loan officer there) by the name of I think it was [redacted] I told him no I work with [redacted]. So again do not flatter me by responding back that I told you guys the WRONG information. I will not stand for lies from your company nor the guys you have working for you. I will not take down the review I posted on social media for that is exactly what social media is for and it will stay. If your company  does not want to admit anything wrong here then I, as the consumer, will take to all other social media sites that I can to make sure everyone knows exactly what Toyota is capable of. [redacted] specifically told me that Educators was higher than Toyota Financial. I’m requesting to see the documents that were pulled of what my APR was with Toyota Financial from the beginning along with all other competitor financial groups as lien holders. This should be in my file. If he is claiming Toyota Financial was the lowest at the time of signing then I need this PROOF in documentation along with all other leading competitors that you claim to use and pulled while I was there.I will correct you again that my APR now with Educators  is 3.09%  and with Toyota it was 4.5%. That is more than 1% difference and brought my payment down close to $35 different monthly. Had your guys done their jobs accurately instead of placing a buck in their own pockets we would not be here. I am still flabbergasted by the remark you claim that I as the  consumer made  to have a bank that I have never used in my life. If this is typical practice for your finance guys to not LISTEN to their customers then again you may need to re-evaluate who you have working for you. Typical practice is word of mouth and this will get you no where in the Waco market. I will agree with you on one thing in your remarks that I will NEVER  go to another dealership without speaking to my bank which I will reiterate is EDUCATORS, without knowing what my APR will be on a vehicle. I have Jeff Hunter Toyota to thank for that.

In response to correspondence received from the Revdex.com in the matter of [redacted] for the complaint filed against Jeff Hunter Toyota to obtain financing please consider the following. On March 2 2018 at 5:11 pm the customer purchased a new vehicle and stated she wanted the best option available...

for her financing and wanted us to utilize our lenders as well as her credit union. We submitted the application for financing to our captive lender (Toyota) and also her credit union [redacted] as instructed. Toyota gave first approval via automatic computerized algorithm. It was the best option at the time since it was after 5 P.M. If we had been instructed to send to Educators we would have as we are a direct dealer with them and send several contracts to them monthly. At no time were we instructed to do so buy the consumer, only to [redacted] as mentioned and at the time of the sale Toyota was the best rate available. As is common practice, if the consumer wanted to utilize a certain bank, most would have obtained drafting instructions from the appropriate party prior to purchasing. This is purely a misunderstanding of how the process works. As of this time the customer refinanced 3 days after the fact with her credit union at roughly a 1% difference in rate as a member there. Hind sight is always 20/20 when someone claims to be a victim of a normal process. We consider this matter resolved and request the customer cease and desist the slander of our business and good name in the community based on her feelings and not facts.
