by phone call to our office, from ***, on 6/26/20153) The service call immediately prior to the disputed invoice was completed on 6/25/at which time one additional followup service was recommended in writingPDF copy of the Service Report is attached.4) The attached Service Report of 6/25/states:Followup Service is: RecommendedFollowup Service is: in weeks at $97Followup is not yet confirmed: Office closed, please call ASAP Technician Notes: Customer is almost done with repairs, showed them recommend type of repairsChecked traps in CS, nothing caughtReset and re-baited trapsRebaited of RBS on-site with 50% remainingIf nothing caught next FOLO pull everything including RTs.Summary:On 6/25, our Technician recommended a followup service at the regular charge of $97+tax in weeks, with a clear plan to discontinue service and remove control equipment based on results found at that time (in weeks)On 6/26, the next day, *** called to authorize the service call scheduled for 7/At the time of service on 7/10, our Technician completed the requested and authorized serviceNothing had been caught in the traps although some bait had been consumed, and in accordance with the plan, traps and bait stations were removed. Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
Sunrise Pest Management said, "On 6/25, our Technician recommended a follow-up service at the regular charge of $97+tax in 2 weeks, with a clear plan to discontinue service and remove control equipment based on results found at that time (in 2 weeks)."  The "clear plan" was for Sunrise to discontinue service and remove equipment free of charge since the repairs were made and no traps were disturbed.  The requested and authorized service was for equipment removal only – no follow-up service was required or desired.  Sunrise removed the traps and bait stations free of charge, but then they charged almost $100 for noting that nothing was caught.Sincerely,[redacted]
