Just recently had a pool built (summer 2016) and overall I am quite pleased with the project. We had a (roughly) 400 square-foot pool installed, plus a large above-ground hot-tub. Sunrise easily addressed my top priorities (extra excavation, concrete shell, powerful pump and filter, salt-water generator) within the constraints of my budget. Sunrise was not my first estimate either, but I knew I wanted a pool and their representative left the best impression. So we made a final contract and scheduled excavation.
Many phases of the project ran into significant challenges with my house: excavators found a 4-inch thick concrete patio buried under the pavers surrounding my house, electricians found the bus bars inside my panel only ran half its height, trenching for conduit and plumbing also had to avoid chunks of buried patio, the work site had numerous space constraints limiting what equipment could fit. But for every problem we found a solution, and Sunrise didn't miss a beat when someone had to be called back out, or when the schedule had to change, due to these unforeseen circumstances.
Sunrise was also understanding and responsive as I called them every day that there was activity at my house (often multiple times). I'm an engineer so I'm full of questions and concerns, and everyone there was willing and able to answer. One of the first things they told me from day one: if you have any questions about the pool or equipment, just call us, many times we can answer your question or solve your problem right then on the phone.
