Sunrise Preschool on Lindsay and Main st in mesa AZ my daughter has been attending this school for about a year and about months ago I encountered Lice in my daughters headI advised the school and they said they would post it up at the schoolthey never posted anything and I treated my daughter and she went back to school and a couple days later again she had licei was furious at the fact that they didnt take any inititative to try and get this cleared upI again treated my daughter and went back to school and again she got licethis has been the 3rd time I treated her then we went on vacationwe came back an I brought her to school no later than a week my daughter encountered lice once againI have advised them that they need to send notes home to parents letting them know about the lice in the school [redacted] told me that their policy is not to send notes home but they will post it on the doorone of the parents heard me and she had no idea about anything being posted and which she was concerned and had to check her kidsI told [redacted] this is unacceptable and something needs to be donethe operation manager [redacted] contacted me wanting to know my concerns I voiced my concerns an she asked if she could ask me personal questions about how I am cleaning my home..totally inappropriateI received a phone call on 4/3/that I needed to pick up my daughter because they did a check and found nits on my daughters hairI went to the school and was furious because how the last times my daughter had lice from school and they said they were checking and I never received a phone call to pick up my daughter but now they want to call mesomeone is lying to me herebecause if they would have been checking from the 1st time I told them about the lice then they would have noticed that my daughter had lice and I wouldve received a phone callcompletely unacceptableI had to take my daughter to a professional and pay close to out of pocket to get these Lice removed from my daughters head which was painful and very sad to see my child having to go through this because the school doesnt want to comply and send notes home to parents, sanitize their rooms, and check the kids everydayI would never bring my daughter back to this place ever again!!!!

what I experienced at this location is by far unethical. I have to of my daughters attending here my oldest at the age of four my youngest at the age of 2 both never been to a day care this is there first time. however its been about 3weeks now that they haven been attending this school, this wednesday on the 10th of september 2014 as I dropped of both girls my youngest was crying like always I handed her off to the teacher ([redacted]) it was around noon the toddlers are napping so I was in the area by the stage they have there the pre-k where eating lunch so it was only me and [redacted] in that roon and my daugher as I was on my lunch break I had to head back to work, so im walking into the office to sign the girls in and pay my weekly bill at this moment I can still hear my daughter cry I view through the window in the office to see whats going on I see [redacted] kneel down to my daughters height and held her bi both arms and yelled at her stop crying!!! I was by far upset andgry and had mixed emotions I didnt want to say anything infront of the kids I leave to work call corporate and file a complaint they reach out to me a day later reviewing the video saying that its a little hard to see exactly whats going on in that area that they dont even see the drop off of me handing over my daghter to [redacted] that they can see in side the classroom and from the camera in the clasrrom they can bareley see out the door. they dont see anything that happen its unclear so they asked the teachers in the classrooms who werent around and clearly they can refer back to the videos nobody but me [redacted] and my daughter in that area, and so the teachers dont see anything.that was that no more to the story the grabbing of my child the yelling to stop crying the videos that dont record to see if anything is going on to see a clear image nothing!!! this isnt right shes only two!!!!

I'm sorry that you haven't received your tuition refund.  I was able to go back and speak with the Director and the Operations Manager over the school that you attended.  On 5/18 you paid $332 which was for tuition for the week on 5/18-5/22 and 5/25-5/29.  Your child attended the full...

week of 5/18-5/22 and only 1 day (5/26) the week of 5/25-5/29.  I have processed a check request for you in the amount of $169 for that week.  The check will be mailed to the address you listed.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
