Review: My roof had a tile that slipped down less than a year ago.Sunrise Roofing was contracted to repair it.They charged (and I paid) $400 to make the repair.9 months later the same tile has slipped down again, I called to see if they could put the same tile they "repaired" back up again.[redacted] first refused to do any repair saying "it had been years" since his company did any roof repairs. Basically that I was lying and it must have been one of his guys working on his own. I presented him with an invoice from his company for the repairs for this year. He then said that the roof sloped too much, and that he still wasn't going to repair it. "I got out of the business of repairing roofs because of all the hassle".There is no notice on his invoice or estimate that his work is not warranted.Everything on his website would indicate he stands behind his work, which is why you should pick him.[redacted] just want the tile tacked back up so it stays - at no cost. It's been less than a year since the initial repair.Desired Settlement: I just want the tile tacked back up so it stays - at no cost. We signed a contract for [redacted] for a roof job/10 year warrenty, It cost us [redacted] and a demand for an addition [redacted] I refused to pay, because I was refused an itemized bill for any work done.From another independat estimate, we were overcharged almost 3 times what it should have been.When I pointed this out and refused to pay the additional [redacted] charge, I was told the if I had a leak or a problem "DO NOT CALL ME I will not respond," I have 2 MAJOR leaks and no response.I was willing to go to small claims court and he refusedbut he would not give me an itemized bill. Supplies, Labor, How hard is that?Product_Or_Service: New RoofDesired SettlementI want them to fix the problems at no additional cost and I want an Ittemized bill for all supplies and labor costs..
