I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find the resolution is satisfactory to me

Am calling customer today to refund her money and make her payment for herWas our mistakeCoo *** ***

Just responding to the complaint from [redacted] saying she only had 1 payment left on her acct she rented the bedroom suit on 7/24/16 and we will attach copy of the rental agreement that she signed that the term was for 21 months also attached will be her payment history which in december of 2015...

we helped her with an rental extention from 11/24 til 1/4/16 because she ran into financial problems and also a call log of just some of the phone call attempts to contact her but she will not answer or return a call. Also she has moved from the address that is on the rental agreement and we call numbers on her order form to try to reach her, At this time she has 9 months remaining on on her agreement. Sunrise TV has been trying to resolve an issue on an account that has been due since 6/24/17.  We have left several messages on her phone with no response. We may call a couple times a day,  since no response from regular phone number listed.  We then called her sister's...

cell(reference message phone) to get message to [redacted] to call us or stop in store. We do not have her sisters work number. So I am confused on how that would affect her job. We have been at house several times to resolve matter without any communication back from [redacted] to get this resolved. I have always sent 2 employees to home to retrieve TV or get some other resolution. We have never forced or tried to force our way into anybody's home, but will tell them we are their to pick up tv.  [redacted] has broke rental agreement terms by not reinstating agreement with payment or returning merchandise. We do not discuss account details with other people, we will advise person or persons our intention is to retrieve merchandise. If customer does not pay or make arrangements to pay we can terminate agreement and customer agrees to voluntarily surrender merchandise. The only contact Sunrise has had with [redacted] recently is yesterday 7/13/14. She stated she would call us back after her appointment and stop in store to take care of account or discuss options to resolve. That never happened. As far as following sister around. My employees went back to truck that was 1 block away and her sister must have left and climbed into car. almost backed into truck. Employees were traveling same direction, went about 1 block and our truck turned to go to next stop. So again not sure what the following of her sister around is about
