[redacted] continue to provide false information. He had a roofing contractor, who did repair of his house roof shingles and broke the roof glass of structure which we installed earlier. It were no leaks. After somebody damaged of glass roof I had a discussion with [redacted] and he is aware... of our warranty condition. Our warranty stays that if somebody do unauthorized changes or modifications without an approval from Sunroom Designs, that warranty will voided. [redacted] didn't call us for glass replacement, he even didn't call us and ask for advice regarding a glass type and sealant type what we used. His roofing contractor broke the glass and did repairs. We don't know if any other damages done for our structure. [redacted] was informed about our warranty policy and he has this warranty on his hands. ?
