not sure why this customer has not called my cell phone to report his problem
On April 10, 2017, I gave the customer
my cell phone number and asked him to call me direct if he has any
further problemsAs of this writing, I have yet to
receive a direct callOnce again, I am
sending to the customer a $
check for this doorCustomer was only charged $for this door at time of
purchase. We will schedule a time to
pick up both storm doors from the customerCustomer states he has one window
that is now brokenThese windows are covered by a Lifetime Warranty.The manufacturer's representative ***
*** has been notified and will be in contact with the customer to schedule
