Mr [redacted] is correct his sunroom did have leaks because we had just completed it. And it is common in many glass solarium applications we will experience leakage until the sunroom is settled in for a month or two. One of the main leaks...
was behind and in front of Mr [redacted]'s chimney which we had a roofer to repair. It is our understanding that all leaks are fixed as of the date. If this is not the case we will continue to work with Mr [redacted] on repairing.

They are continuing to make repairs, the roofer is supposed to come out soon and repair the area around the chimney. As of today (04-30-14), it still leaks.

As of May 7, 2014 all leaks should be fixed. The roofer has been out and completed his work. [redacted] has a 5 year guarantee regarding future problems and a Limited Lifetime Warranty from Four Seasons Solar Products.

They keep saying it should be fixed, but it still leaks in three places. The largest leak has leaked every time the roofers repaired it. and it still leaks. Water runs in on the floor around the base boards near the a/c unit. I called yesterday and told them it still leaked, no one has returned my call yet. We can't put flooring down until the leaks are fixed.
