I apologize for the delayed response. I will not refund [redacted] for her boots because they were not ruined nor were they brand new when she brought them in. I’ve already refunded her the $38.01 she paid to have the boots cleaned when she picked them up so I am not clear why she is asking for another...

refund. Below is my summary of the events. Please reach out if you have any further questions·         [redacted] brought in her dirty boots. They were full of salt and dirt.  She was informed the cleaning would take 2 weeks and the cost of the service. She had no issue with the duration nor the cost at the time.·         [redacted]’s mother picked up the boots and there were no issues.·         [redacted] brought the boots back because she was not satisfied. I offered to re-do the cleaning for no charge to try to resolve the issue. Again, I explained the process takes 2 weeks. She was fine with the duration and the resolution of the issue.·         My employee informed me [redacted] was not satisfied, so I did call her. She did not answer and I left a message. She returned my call.·         [redacted] was very agitated and defensive at the start of the call. She accused me of ruining the inside of her boots – she said the inside isnt brand new anymore. She seemed satisfied with the outside cleaning. I proceeded to explain that I cant make shoes brand new. She was very angry and demanded that I pay for her boots because “they do not look brand new”. She said she paid over $200 for the boots and wanted a refund. Again, I told her I would not pay for her boots and that it is not possible to make them look  brand new. Finally, I said, “If I pay for your boots, I will keep the pair that I ruined.” She got very upset and threatened to call the police. I in turn, said it would be good idea for her to call the police, so they would be a witness to the verbal abuse I was being subjected to.·         She brought her mother in to pick-up the boots. I explained the situation to her mother, who nodded sympathetically. I ultimately refunded [redacted] $38.01, for the cost of the cleaning. Again very agitated, she went on a diatribe about never coming back, that I was giving her a hard time, she works so hard for her money and on and on. I simply stated, “that’s fine, I do not need customer’s like you.” Her statement is not true and is a testament to the type of person she is. Review: The lost my dry cleaning and have been giving me the run around, i'v called the about Four times and the keep telling me to call back, every time I have called back they tell me to call back again, the women that I spoke with said she didn't know what happend to it, it was Three NBA Basketball caps, I paid $40.00 for each hat, and I told her I want my money Back.Desired Settlement: To pay me for my hats
