Review: I had dropped off a coo-coo clock for a repair estimate and called numerous times for a month and the response from them was to call back tomorrow that someone else would respond to me. After having tried for about 2 and a half months on one of my calls they told me that the clock was fixed and would cost me $70. I was excited and went to pick it up. When I got there I was asked to come to the back and they showed me the clock hanging on the wall but managed to communicate to me that door for the coo-coo was the only thing not working. I, disappointed, asked them why did he then tell me that it was fixed, after 2 months of wait, when it wasn't. He said he could send it to his friend and have that fixed for $150. I said why should I trust him when he couldn't even respond to me in just simply asking for an estimate on original repair before he forced me to pay for a non-committed repair.Desired Settlement: I believe that while his time is worth something and they should at most force me to pay $30 for their horrible communication to me for estimate when it would be done, and not fixing the clock, that used to have a working door.
