Dear [redacted] */ Revdex.com;Unfortunately [redacted] did not provide you with all the facts First of all, [redacted] started camping in April and his sign Camp Contract is attached [redacted] wanted more fill at his campsite since there was so much rain this season I explained; it would be at his cost and we can only give an estimate of what it would take such as $to $ plus the [redacted] Service to spread the fill At the time, [redacted] agreed, then [redacted] seemed to believe, he did not have to abide by our Rules/Policies or the Contract he signed claiming; it should be at our expense since his was making improvements on our property [redacted] also demanded that he be able to Rent that Camp Site for months every year and we are to rent the Camp Site out the remaining months As I explained; We do not rent out our Seasonal Site as Partial SitesWe have Weekend Camp Sites at the front of our campground [redacted] stated; that we are to refund half of his money since he only wanted to Camp months during the Fishing Season since we are located along [redacted] the number Trout Stream in Paand now that his Camp Site was back filled, we should have no problems renting it out I explained to [redacted] ***, There are No Refunds on Early Departures [redacted] was screaming and swearing at me and my staff as I then said; We will not tolerate his Rude Behaviors and I then Terminated his Camping Privileges [redacted] stated: I can't Terminate his Camping since he paid his CampsiteI informed; our conversation was ended [redacted] *Revdex.com / Please review our Camp Rules/Policies as we have had this same Camp Contract since we bought our campground in and [redacted] agreed to it when he signed it [redacted] stated; I can not Terminate his Camping as he was a Tenant to Lease out that CampsiteI explained; He was not a Tenant and we have the right to Terminate his Camping Privileges and he was not Welcome back I then sent [redacted] a Notice and our Campground Attorney ( [redacted] ) from Williamsport, Pa.Well; I believe I have listed all the information and unfortunately, we had Terminate [redacted] ***'s Camping Privileges at our facility and it is without refund as listedI did send [redacted] $back since we mowed his campsite approximately weeks ago.Anything else, please let me know and I will inform our Attorney of this as well.Respectfully From, Irene *G [redacted] / ownerSunsational Family Campground [redacted] ***Millmont, Pa [redacted] -CAMP ( [redacted] )www.sunsationalfamilycampground.com

I am rejecting this response because: Irene is making up things that never happened, she is blatantly fabricating lies I was never rude or out of control towards anyone at their campground....maybe she can find someone to go along with her lies, but I was never out of line at the campground, and I never yelled at her employeesThis is unbelievable, I can't wait to hear what she makes up next I never said anything about having the right to come back to their campground once they terminated my camping privileges As in her 1st response, this latest response is a bunch of lies Irene should just give me a refund and we can go along our merry way and forget about this whole thing Otherwise, I am NOT A HAPPY CAMPER, and will follow whatever legal recourse is necessary to be compensated for how poorly I was treated

In response to [redacted], it is exactly as I explained whereas; [redacted] was very rude to be screaming and swearing at my Staff and then with me.  I only Terminated his Camping Privileges as I explained; after [redacted] became rude when screaming and swearing.  As for our paperwork, we call our sign in form a Camp Contract " Not a Lease" as our Camp Contracts is a Legally Binding Contract and it can be Terminated without Refund when a Camper Client is Non Complaint and or acting in a manner that is not acceptable. [redacted] did just that to become hostile as he made his threats and demands.  We have another Camper Client that can testify that [redacted] knew about all the Costs as he talked with them about it and told them that he didn't think it was right that he and they all had to pay on our Sunsational Family Campground property investment.  To further note by the Camper Client: [redacted] on a few occasions Drank at the campsite of which the Camper Client informed us of to say;  [redacted] seemed to have a few to many drinks to be acting in a manner of being Out of Control and rude even towards them at there campsite.  At this point in time [redacted] seems to believe the Camp Rules / Contract Does Not Apply to him. Whereas; [redacted]'s Camping Privileges were Terminated without Refund according to our Camp Rules, Policies in our Camp Contract that I provided to you as [redacted] signed and Our Campground Attorney ( [redacted] ) was notified of this situation too.  ( Letter Attached ) [redacted] seemed to believe that since he was a Forester that he could come back on our land. [redacted] was told that he is not welcome to return, that he is not permitted to trespass on our property at any time or he will be arrested for Illegal Trespassing. As the owner of this campground, I, Irene *. G[redacted] have provided all information to be True and Correct to have followed our Camp Rules, Policies when Terminating the Camper Client: [redacted] to Terminate his Camping Privileges Without Refund as so Stated in our Camp Contract.
