Review: Failed to fulfill the contract.

On the contract it says "Install customers' air conditioner if so requested", so I bought an AC unit but they say they don't know how to install and refuse to install it.Desired Settlement: If they don't know how to install it, they should get and pay to some other professional licensed contractor to help us install the AC unit.
