Sunsational Tanning Spa

Told business I wanted a refund and they keep prolonging when the manager will be available to do refund (supposedly no one else knows how to perform)I purchased a 1 month tanning package last night (5/2/16). After being treated rudely by the employee working [redacted] and being ignored, she told me that I would have to wait at least 1 hour 45 minutes to be able to tan and that I would need to make appointments for my visits. I told her this was unacceptable as they were too busy. I have read reviews online about the business where people were making appointments and showing up to be told they never had an appointment. I told her I wanted a full refund. She said she did not know how to do a refund but that manager/owner ([redacted]) would be in Tuesday morning (today). I called this morning at 10 am and spoke with [redacted], who was even more rude than [redacted]. She said [redacted] was not in and wouldn't be there till "maybe tomorrow or Thursday". Each girl has claimed to have contacted [redacted] with no response. [redacted] needs to respond or teach her employees how to do my refund so I can be done with this horribly run and dirty location.Desired SettlementI want to be refunded my $48.27 that I paid for the 1 month package + eyewear (which I handed back to [redacted] when I told her I wanted the refund).More info from consumer:Refund received
