I purchased a Ford Fwith load rated "C" tires on it by this businessThe tires are not the correct load rating for the vehicle and it should have at least a load rating of D or E on itThis makes the vehicle unsafe to drive and should not have been sold with those tires on itThe dealership claims that they removed the tires from the truck's old wheels and installed them on the new wheels that it has nowIt is my opinion that they should be checking the tires’ load rating before installing them and selling them to the consumer I purchased the vehicle in August of This month, February 2018, I took the vehicle to Discount tire to have a flat tire repaired and was informed that they would not patch the tire for me because the tires were the incorrect load rating for the vehicleI took the vehicle to Watts because I had bought it there and found out that the tire had a nail in it and they patched it for me The current problem is that I use this vehicle to pull a l

I purchased a Ford Ftruck unseen via the internet and jumped thru all the hoops to get itI received the truck on 8/5/from the transport company first thing in the morning and I noticed a cracked windshieldI then parked it in front of my house and at that time I emailed the business of the damaged windshieldAfter a couple of hours I went to take my new truck out and play around with it to see how it handled I proceeded to move the mirrors and the seat and noticed they were not workingI immediately emailed the company advising them that there were a few more items that were wrong with the carI emailed the business all day Saturday took photos of the windshield and sent the photos to them and tried numerous times to follow up with them on Saturday and Monday as well as TuesdayI did get a response from them saying they will take care of the windshield but not the seats and I was a little floored by that considering I bought a truck out state and never physically touch

I recently purchased a truck from WattsIt was a great experience overall, I test drove, then later decided it was what I wantedPut a deposit down, they immediately marked it sold! I had a concern with the aftermarket exhaust, they put it through their shop and fixed my concernWhen it came the day to pick up my new truck, they had everything set up and ready to goI was in and out in less than an hourEasy to work with
I did have some issues with the truck as it had a new turbo put on (Oil burning off)When I called them up they did not hesitate to offer to have me bring it in and they would look over the truck to make sure everything was goodThey re assured me the issue was due to the new installation as well, and knew what they were talking about when I inquired on the issueOverall a smooth experience, very good environment, and they are very accommodating to your needs

I found a truck for sale at Watts Automotive while searching onlineThe ad said 'no visible rust', 'good exterior', and 'good original paint'I called the salesman and told him I was interested, and asked him if there was rust or any other issues with the truckHe said noAfter talking through my other points of concern, I told him I would like to purchase the vehicle on Saturday contingent on an inspectionI paid a $1,depositThe salesman told me the deposit is non-refundable, but he will refund it if there are mechanical issuesThe next day, the vehicle was inspected and the mechanic sent pictures showing a significant amount of rustThe rust was on several primary components on the underside of the vehicle, as well as visible rust on the bottom of the doorI told the salesman I was no longer interested because the description of the vehicle did not match what the mechanic showedWatts Automotive said they will fix the bodywork, put on new wheels, and later offered to a

I have been purchasing trucks from Watts Automotive for yearsI have been to other dealers and the experience is just never the sameSuper transparent and prices are always fairThe thing I like the most about Watts is the atmosphereIts low pressure and they make it a fun processI have referred several friends and family members and they get treated the same way I have before, during and after the sellI have purchased vehicle at other dealerships and Have just been a numberHi pressure before the sell, Trying to rip me off during the business part of the sell and once they have your money your of no use/ concern to them till your ready purchase againAt Watts it's never been like that even after years it's a place where a hand shake still holds meaning where they remember your name and treat you like familyT

Very unfortunate that I have to leave this review as I never like to say negative things about a business who tries to honestly take care of their customers...that is not the case with this dealership My year old son found a pickup that he wanted to buy from them He and his father called and negotiated a deal with Lauren...complete with pictures of our trade in vehicles that he was using for his down payment A buyers order was sent to us...signed by them and us agreeing to the terms...and sent back My husband and son then drove over hours to go pick up the vehicle Upon getting there, the owner Brett, after looking at the vehicles that we sent pictures of, decided he would need an additional $to complete the deal...as we had a cashiers check with us from our finance company with the agreed upon amount from the buyers order signed by them My husband stated that, no, we would not give them another $7000, and he needed to stick to the buyers agreement He refused, knowing that my husband and son had drove over hours to get to the dealership After a very heated argument, which ended up with the owner getting in my husbands face and another salesman shoving my son, my family left To add insult to injury, when I inquired about the $deposit they had from us I was promised twice it would be refunded Not trusting them, I filed a dispute with our credit card company Thankful I did because they never refunded it but we were awarded it back by our credit card company Long story short I would suggest reading all the reviews on this company and its owner, had we done that we would have never attempted to business with them And just a bit of information, after speaking with our attorney, a buyers agreement is a legally binding agreement

I was looking at purchasing a runner that I found onlineI put a deposit of $down on Nov/25/approximately 6:00pm in order to hold the vehicle until I was able to drive my trade in vehicle the miles down there to pick up the new vehicleThat very night as we were traveling back from our thanksgiving vacation my vehicle (Toyota Tacoma) started experiencing transmission problemsI ended up having to get my vehicle towed homeI called Watts auto the very next day 11/26/approximately 9:00am to inform them that the vehicle I was going to be trading in was having mechanical issues and I wasn't going to be able to trade it in under its current conditionThey told me that we'd get it figured out Monday 11/28/They called me Monday to inform that they wouldn't be able to give me the amount that we had agreed on for my trade because of the transmission problemI told them I couldn't afford to pay anymore for the 4RunnerSo we called the deal off at that
