After being told when I called the store I could cancel my account over email because I had to move on short notice I have received collections emails from the company telling me I still owe them money since I have a new credit card and the one I set up for billing from them was cancelledI explained I had spoken to somebody about it, the manager of the store and they said they would not honor that and I still owe them for months now

Fine for tanning but if their bed breaks on you like it did for me don't expect much in customer serviceI went for a spray tan and it broke mid wayMy legs looked so bad and half my body was left UntannedThey said I had to email head office to deal with itThen I got a call the next day at 545pm to tell me I could come and redeem my spray tan but only until 7pm that dayOtherwise the promotion that I was using would endNow the promo is over and they won't hi out the tanThey gave me the credit for what I paid but if I want a tan I have to pay full price even though they OWE me a tan since the first one didn't workThe head office people are rude! She even went on to tell me that they don't apply gift cards to promotions even though it's a giftWtf?

Love this place! I've been tanning here for over 5 years on their unlimited level 5 plan. SunScape's staff are friendly, extremely knowledgeable and are extremely honest and cater to your needs, as a client. Unfortunately I have read, the reviews below, and it saddens me that some people would write something with such Malaise. This is something I have never experienced or have seen. I would recommend and have to many, to tan with SunScape I have and continue to be a satisfied client.

Just happened to see this rating when searching for SunScape's phone number. I've been a client for 10 years and would strongly disagree with any rating less than 5 stars. This operation is first class all the way with great staff and services.
