Please tell Sunset Air INCthat I no longer want a rebuilt product. Instead, I have justly had my credit card company refund my payment for the erroneous charge

it is obvious we will not be able to resolve this customers concerns with simply trying to explained the procedures, and pricing that accrued a refund for the amount requested by this customer has been submitted to accounting Receipt of this refund my take a couple weeksWith this, Payment of this refund is not omission of wrong policy, procedures, or pricing however we would like to apologize for the slow response in addressing this matter, we sincerely hope this matter will now be resolve to the customers satisfaction

this consumer complaint has been addressed to the best of our ability, using best business practices. no further action will be done on our part

Since this customer apparently did not understand what was covered under the 10 year warranty period,  Sunset Air Inc. is willing to forego the current additional labor & material charges required to replace the failed coil that is leaking at this time. ...


However to be clear did send a letter to this customer dated December 22, 2016 (see attached) that describes what warranty coverage should be anticipated in the future. 
Also attaching a copy of Carrier's Limited Warranty which clearly describes that neither labor or incidental related materials is included during the  warranty period. 
This customer did receive a similar document from the manufacturer post registration by Sunset Air Inc.

Thank you for your request. We have built this chimney cap twice for this customer. The first time he claimed it was...

wrong so we built it again. We gave him the benefit of the doubt the first time and we didn't charge him for the first cap we built. The second time we saved his drawing with the measurements he wanted the cap built to. The cap we provided him matched his drawing and measurements.
So at this point I don't know exactly what he wants. It doesn't sound like he like wants us to rebuild it for a third time. (and we don't want to build it for a third time)  And it doesn't sound like he wants his money back. So I will have to be advised as to what he is looking for.

I am rejecting this response because:Sunset Air charged us for a test that was not necessary.  If the technician had done a thorough bubble test on the first call, it would have been taken care of in 5 minutes.
