Sunset Aquatic Marine Center

Review: We currently have our boat storage at Sunset Aquatic. At the beginning of March we were trying to return the boat to storage the bridge to get to the storage facility in the Marina has been closed and needs to be rebuilt which the city said will take 6-8 weeks. Unfortunately that is the only way to access the storage facility. We called Sunset Aquatic and the manager [redacted] said there was nothing they can do and if we wanted out of the lease we would have to pay penalties.She said it was not their fault and their facilities are currently working just fine! I am appalled because there is no way ANYONE can access their storage due to the bridge being out of commission for 6-8 weeks. We are now stuck paying $184 a month for storage and boat launch we can not access. [redacted] has been both rude and unwilling to cancel our lease due to the circumstances. I am very upset that we have to pay for something we are not able to utilize and have to find something in the mean time to store our boat which is an additional cost. I am very upset and want this to be resolved4Desired Settlement: I would like our lease to be canceled immeditely and the Month of March refunded for $184.
