Review: I had my car serviced (oil change) today at the dealership. When I picked my car up it had a small 3 inch dent in the front and some white fresh scratches. I immediately noticed the damage. The manager said the damage was there when I dropped it off. I know that it was not, as we always have damage on our cars repair immediately. I even called my wife to ensure she had not hit something and not told be. She verfied that she had not damaged the car or seen any damage to the car as of this morning. The supervisor said it was noted on the form. I advised him that I'm sure that someone added that after it had been damaged. They called me a liar. They would not review the video because it was "facing the wrong way". I advised them that I am moving it Oregon in 1 week. I have no reason to make this up. They agreed to buff out the white paint; however, my car still has a dent in the front bumper that has never been there before.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my car repaired for the damage at a dealership in Oregon when I move.
