First, we will address the issue about not receiving the title work in a timely manner, it is company policy that all title work for cash deals MUST be pickby the customerWe inform the customer of how long it typically takes to process paperwork at the time of sale, and that they should contact us around that time to verify that is ready for pick-upWhen the customer came in, it was indeed ready for them to takeWe do not mail out title work because if it is lost, it can not be replaced easilySecondly, the customer did buy a vehicle from us "AS IS, and Without Warranty." There are multiple pages the customer signs making them well aware of that fact(Buyers Guide/Sticker, and Warranty Decline Form)Having said that, when the customer reached out to us about the missing A/C component, WITHOUT hesitation our staff made an appointment to have it repaired at NO COST.We are very sorry to hear about the other issues the customer has had with the vehicle, but unfortunately none of these issues have been brought up with any of our qualified sales or service staff If they had the courtesy to reach out to us first we may have had some options available for helpA simple phone call or a drop in to one of our two offices would have been all it would take for assistanceA negative Revdex.com review for our company demanding a full refund is not a good way to ask for our help if it's needed, and sadly we can not comply with that demandNonetheless, we wish the customer good luck going forward, hopefully their mechanic can get them back on the road!- The Sunset Auto Team

When I purchased the vehicle I was told there is no warranty that will cover my carthat is why I asked if something were to happen to the engine or transmission who do I contact, the salesman said lets us know we will take care of itAs for me stating that I took the engine apart never came out of my mouthi specifically said that I do not want to touch the car so I do not get accused of just thatAs far as on the due bill I do agree that I did get a pair of USED tires on the car but the detail was never done which only goes to show the integrity of your business if information is being fabricated that was never preformedAs far as sueing im looking into getting a lawyer because they refuse to assist with anything, instead they laughed at me and offered me a $coupon at speedyWhat am I suppose to do with that when I do not have a vehicle at the moment because the one they sold me decided to break down after a short period of time

Sorry for the delay in my response, very busy! I hope that you will accept my explanation and close the complaint as unwarranted
MrX purchased a used vehicle 2/10/and declined the extended warranty during the sale, claiming he was a mechanicAt some point, MrX called in stating he took the
engine apart and put it back together and now it doesn't work
MrX and MsX came into my office 8/2/and we had a discussionHe claimed he had a verbal warranty and made very negative accusations against my sales and management staffThey are both experienced and trained properly
I reviewed the file with them, and provided them a copy of the Due Bill (we bought them tires & detailed the vehicle) and the contract which indicated he refused the extended warrantyI also pointed out the posted lemon law and pre-inspection options posted at each salesman station
I apologized that I could not have been more helpfulHe admitted to working on the car himself when I asked him for any maintenance recordsI apologized again, and I think he recorded the entire conversation
He left unhappy and indicated he intends to sue me
If there is anything you need from me, please let me knowI would like this complaint closed as unwarranted or invalid

I am rejecting this response because:there was several facts about the car that was not disclosed at the time of purchase. Car was advertised with working ac but the ac cannot work without a compressor. The card had been rigged as said be their mechanic to pass addimissions and that they have had it in the shop several times so he was aware of the problems. This is a clear example of a dealer taking advantage of a inexperience costumer.
