Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I do not believe the amount listed is the correct amount for the refund for gap insurance and a bumper to bumper warranty based on the miles and amount of time I had the truck Sincerely, [redacted]

Mr [redacted] is correct; the amount originally sent to him was calculated incorrectly; the correct amount is This amount is calculated by the insurance company that issued both the Service Plan & the Gap coverage for Mr [redacted] .We will issue our check in the amount of $and the check will be mailed to Mr [redacted] by Friday the 24th of February, 2017.We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience Mr [redacted] has experienced with this process of the refund This should be an easy process and we are working to streamline our processes for all our customers in the future.Again thank you and Mr [redacted] for bringing this to our attention.Debbie D***Sunset Auto Wholesale(253)

Please notify Mr*** we issued our check number *** in the amount of on 12/27/16; we were not aware Mr*** had not received the check As of today I have stopped payment on the first check #*** and I have issued a new check in the same amount of $ I will mail
it to Mr*** today I sincerely apologize for Mr*** not receiving the check and also for no one returning his call when he called to check on his refund Our organization has undergone some personnel and management changes in the last sixty days possibly causing the communication issue with Mr***. Please have Mr*** contact me directly if he has any more issues or does not receive this new check. Please close this complaint as answered and satisfied. In reference to this complaint; it appears Mr. [redacted] was correct, the Service Plan he purchased for his vehicle on 2/6/16 was not submitted to National Auto Care nor was payment remitted.  I contacted National Auto Care today and have submitted the necessary paperwork to obtain activation...

for Mr. [redacted] service plan on the 2007 Jeep wrangler he purchased from us on 2/6/16.I would like to take this opportunity to apologize to Mr. [redacted] for our lack of attention to his concerns over six months ago.  We have recently had a change in management including the General Manager and the office manager; these two individuals definitely did not conduct business as we had hoped and once identified our owner took action and replaced each of them.  We have rectified our management situation, completed the Service Plan activation and hope this resolves Mr. thornquist's complaint.Please have Mr. [redacted] contact me directly if he needs anything further.  Once again, please convey our apology for the time delay with the Service Plan activation.Also please note our complaint response in reference to our Revdex.com rating.Any other Revdex.com concerns or complaints may be forwarded to my email at [redacted]@gmail.com as well as [email protected] Thank youDebbie D[redacted]Business ManagerSunset Auto Wholesale.

Ive spoken to customer about issue it was a miss communication on both parts I believe the issue is resovled and customer will be removing the complaint.
