I am rejecting this response because:
The only way Sunset Chrysler has helped us in this matter is to give us a truck to driveWe have only had this truck since 10/28/We were without a truck for daysWe have not been refunded the money we are out for towing the broken down truck from Gulfport and towing my own truck to Sunset Chrysler for repair and other expensesWe are out a little over $and the use of our vehicleWe broke down in Gulfport MS the week of Cruising the CoastWe were told to get a motel room and something would be done the next dayWell you just can't get a motel room within miles of Gulfport the week of cruising the CoastEverything was bookedOur only choice was to get the truck and motorcycle trailer hauled back to WinonaWe still do not have our truck backIt was returned to me on 10/28/and it was not only still broken but also filthyI have not heard from anyone at Sunset Chrysler since our truck was once again towed away from my shop on that same dayI call to check on the status of repairs and I am told that they do not know when it will be repairedI told *** *** to take it to Jackson or Memphis if Sunset Chrysler could not repair the truck
All that I want is my truck to be repaired right so we can use it and depend on it and the money that we are out because the truck was not repaired right the first time

We are giving the customer a 100% refund.  We are refunding the amount to his credit card.

helped us in this matter is to give us a truck to drive. We have only had this truck since 10/28/16. We were without a truck for 38 days. We have not been refunded the money we are out for towing the broken down truck from Gulfport and towing my own truck to Sunset Chrysler for repair and other expenses. We are out a little over $1000.00 and the use of our vehicle. We broke down in Gulfport MS the week of Cruising the Coast. We were told to get a motel room and something would be done the next day. Well you just can't get a motel room within 100 miles of Gulfport the week of cruising the Coast. Everything was booked. Our only choice was to get the truck and motorcycle trailer hauled back to Winona. We still do not have our truck back. It was returned to me on 10/28/2016 and it was not only still broken but also filthy. I have not heard from anyone at Sunset Chrysler since our truck was once again towed away from my shop on that same day. I call to check on the status of repairs and I am told that they do not know when it will be repaired. I told [redacted] to take it to Jackson or Memphis if Sunset Chrysler could not repair the truck. All that I want is my truck to be repaired right so we can use it and depend on it and the money that we are out because the truck was not repaired right the first time.
