from the Revdex.com #11766339, Our documentation shows you were using gallon cart when you paid for a gallon cartWhen our office spoke to you, you indicated you would like to continue to pay gallon cart; therefore we exchanged the cart at no cost on you r next service dayOn October 13th you placed a call to our office at 2:30pm your side of the street has yet to be servicedWe called our driver to explain that one side of the street has yet to be serviced and ask him to returnAt 2:55pm you called the office stating you no longer needed a return for serviceOur truck arrived after 3:00pm to service the one side of the street and report back to the office that you cart was not out of serviceOn October 14th, we received another call from you indicating you would like for us to return after all, according to out records we didIf that is not the case, please contact out office and we will issue a week’s worth of creditOut records indicate you are billed through the City of Stockton and the garbage portion of your invoice is $a monthIf that is not the case please contact our office City of Stockton to discuss furtherPlease City of Stockton Neighborhood Service at *** *** in regards to the illegal scavenging; Republic Service has no enforcement or authority over the scavengingAs we strive to continue improving the experience for our customer, your direct feedback is very important to us.
