[redacted] came to our office on March **, 2017. He was sent to a job at [redacted] located at [redacted] [redacted] in Brooklyn. He declined to stay because he did not like the job. Afterwards, the agency contact him several times on March [redacted], April *, April [redacted], April *, every time he refuse to...
go to the jobs offered because he stated that he was busy and will contact the agency when he is available. He then decide to save his credit for future use, and then asked for a refund for which the agency told hem he was going to get a date for him to come and obtain the refund. While the agency was setting up the date, we received your letter. There was never a refusal for the refund.
