we made the delivery of the flowers a day before mothers day is hectic day for us it was delivered by mistake it was a beautiful arrangement he called the store spoke with my wife maggie maggie told him that she will send a flower arrgwe were out of flowers on mothers day and all
day monday untill tuesdayam in the meantime he called on monday I picked up the phone since maggie was not available and did not know anything about the situation he was so nasty to me started to put me down as if I am an animal saing where is my flowers you better be here at o'clock and I told him you d'ont have to talk like that he kept continued to use abusive langusge and I hung up the phone he kept calling several times and I disregard himP.Swe have delivered flowers even after 5-days later they complain about the flower condition .thank you *** ***
