Sunset Gates was professional and friendly. They worked with our schedule, and were very detailed in their measurements/ quote. When they came out for the installation, they were courteous, knowledgeable and hard working. I would recommend Sunset Gates to anyone!
My experience with Sunset Gates was professional from the beginning. When I called [redacted] he came to my house for an estimate very promptly. When he arrived On Time !!, He educated me on a lot of important factors regarding the gate. This was important because I was wanting a custom R.V. gate. Needed to tear down existing wall and build a pillar for proper codes and support. Which the last Gate guy never mentioned. Everyone showed up on time as agreed
from the masonry guy too the Installer. This was not a inexpensive project. Because I decided to have the Pro Series gate built. I have worked in the manufacturing business for over 25 years. The gate is very solidly built,
clean construction and design. Was worth every penny. Truly
the finest quality I have ever seen. Important factor for me was [redacted] did not try to up sale me. AWESOME JOB SUNSET GATES LLC. !!!!!!!
We saw their booth at a Home Show, called a couple of months later, the owner honored the home show coupon. His home visit to take measurements and make the sale was pleasant and efficient, but what I like best was he did no up-selling! He offered us options, but didn't insist more costly things like another gate guy did previously.
Then the installation went great, exactly on the date that the owner/sales guy said it would be. And it looks good and works well.
The experience, quality workmanship, and dependability of the Sunset Gate purchase is exquisite. We had them install a courtyard wall and gate on our home. It's nothing shy of wonderful. If you're looking for a quality job, Sunset Gates can deliver.
I am very pleased with the gate purchased from Sunset Gates. [redacted] is friendly, professional and answered all my questions without rushing me. The gate looks beautiful and was very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend Sunset Gates.
