I demand my money back...you know the original $8,that you took from meThey also informed me that my beef was with [redacted] not Sunset Harbor...again they are WRONG [redacted] we have a problemand it is Sunset Harbor Resorts...they need to be put out of business ..period Regards,

Subject: Re: Customer Review Notification This client is telling complete falsehoodsMs *** gave us a bad check to pay for her fees dueShe never called to check on the status like she claims in her letter. She was never told it was "between banks" as she falsely claims as that is nonsensical in today's electronic worldShe simply wrote a bad check and blames SUNSET HARBOR FOR THATI tried to explain that the check did not clear and now she needed to pay a late fee and an NSF fee on top of it allMs *** became irate yelling and swearing at me telling me that the reason the check bounced was my fault and she thinks it really did clear and I am a liarShe said she would call her bank and prove the check cleared An hour later her son called for the address to send payment I called the *** residence today to inform them that the payment was received and the RCI block would be liftedMr *** said what check? I told him his wife bounced a check however she took care of itHe started laughing uncontrollably and said "she never wrote you a check"I tried to explain the matter was resolved although he did not seem to have touch with reality It is a shame that people that bounce checks have the audacity to complain about the company they wrote a bad check to

My wife & I had a couple of days off & thought to stay at Sunset Harbor overlooking the Lake. We booked the Studio room, got there at 3pm found out our room faces the parking lot. Ok, we decided that we'll still enjoy ourselves, dropped our stuff in the room, noticed the stained, cigarette burned carpeting and went out to site-see & have dinner. Came back at 7pm to watch the sunset by the lake and later went to our room to watch a movie for the night. No TV!! Old big box TV with no picture reception at all. Our neighbor had TV and tried to help, but nothing would work. We tried to call, but there's no help after 5pm. We also noticed that one has to use plunger on toilet each time you use it. We had paid for 2 nites, but knew we can't do another like this & called & left message that we would leave in am. In morning manager said that we get no refund and they are not responsible for ANYTHING! When one goes here, you sign a paper that you are responsible for many things.. but they are responsible for NOTHING??
This room should have never been rented out! We didn't ask for our 1st nite refund, but expected our 2nd nite amount returned. They wouldn't do it!
We could have stayed at a motel/hotel for half the price & gotten so much more!

I talked with them and they informed me the ONLY thing they can do is take back the timeshare. What A SCAM! I demand my money back...you know the original $8,000 that you took from me. They also informed me that my beef was with [redacted] not Sunset Harbor...again they are WRONG.

I spoke to [redacted] just now over the phone.We have agreed to take back the timeshare without refund and relieve the owner of any financial responsibility.
The owner understands that the company they are unhappy with is a separate entity called [redacted]. 
[redacted] is not...

affiliated and or owned by Sunset Harbor Resort in any way.
Corporate office is dispatching release and deed back paperwork at no cost to the owner to promote goodwill.
[redacted] is happy with this resolution.

The client is saying one thing and doing another.
[redacted] ALREADY DEED THE PROPERTY BACK TO US.
 He also signed a mutual release. that relieves both parties of financial burdens or payments.
Both parties agreed to walk away. Please do not contact me about this client again.
