Very unhappy with the home inspection done by Sunset Home Inspection. The inspector missed several items- pool pump & filter leak (cost me $2700); rotted wood on my back gate; electrical outlets that did not work; mold & corrosion around AC in attic (costing me $6600). Inspection only took 2 hours for a single story 1562 sq foot home. I did receive my money back from the inspection, but that was only a small fraction to his mistakes I am paying for.
