I fullfilled my one year membership contract with Sunset lake back in 2016. I delivered to them a written letter of cancellation membership because one I had already fullfilled my year contract and two they wouldn't stop talking money out my account for a contract I had already fullfilled. Now I have the owner *** bullying and harrassing me into paying him $1000 for not canceling in writing. His office staff lost or misplaced my letter and now over 3 years he is harrassing me. I've offered ti write another cancellation letter if he needs it for his records but he has refused.
Billing Adjustment I would like for Sunset lake to stoo harrassing me about a membership I canceled legally. I want them to stop contacting me, remove my name and charge of there account and to stop further collections that may damage my credit due to there incompetence.

Per our phone conversation, you will only be responsible for the 2016/2017 season as stated on the Membership Contract signed July 20, 2016. You will not be responsible for any fees incurred after the Membership Contract expiration date of July 31, 2017.
