this customer, quoted labor only on a job for reasons unknown since this employee no longer works here and notes on the repair order do not confirm labor quote onlyOn 7/11/we put the customer in an Enterprise rental car at no charge as we had no loaners available at the time. On 7/20/the customer emailed an online quote for the same repairs at a much lower cost using aftermarket parts as apposed to our factory partsIndependent shops also charge less labor rate because less overhead as wellWe have factory trained techs and guarantee our work. Nonetheless, we could not compete with those prices and stand behind the quality of work. We put the vehicle back together at no charge so he could take to another shopThe customer dropped off the rental car at Enterprise and picked up his vehicle on 7/25/17.
