I am rejecting this response because:The repair has not been tested, I have no assurance that the cover does not leak. NEW ITEM: During the visit to repair the patio cover leaks, Dave, informed me that the brochure I referenced in my
complaint is not the specific product installed or identified on the sales contract. He gave me, from Mr***, a new brochure titled: Elitewood Classic Series patio covers. I had never seen this brochure before as explained in my letter. I addressed the issue of having received one type of product brochure during the sales presentation and having another type of product listed on the sales contract and subsequently installed A copy of the new brochure I received will be mailed to your office as requested. Thank you, *** ***

The issue has been taken care of.
