Sunset Ridge Apartments

Review: I lived at [redacted] for 22 mos. (twenty-two) and may contract stated (enclosed) I would be charged 1/2 cost of apartment carpet cleaning. When I got bill and monies from security deposit minus carpet cleaning it xceeded more than 1/2. I call Barb, the mgr. She tells me we give 1/2 back from regular carpet cleaning thats not what contract says!!! she's incorrect that carpet was not filthy like she claims.Desired Settlement: I want whats owed to me $72.96 It's very clear in all papers I have sent actually-I think its $100.00

Completely understandable that you wish more of your deposit back, #3)in the contract it does break down the amount that we take out depending on length of resident, it does state in #4) any damage above normal wear and tear. However we will be contacting Miss [redacted] so that we can resolve any issues that she has.
