August 1, To Whom It May Concern; We recently received a letter from you, regarding a complaint (ID [redacted] ) from an individual who had been to our venueI have been trying to research the complaint, since we don’t like to have dissatisfied customersWe actually have a banner as you leave our establishment"If you're happy tell others; if you're “not” tell us!”I would have really liked to have known the exact date of the incidentYour letter included the time and date at which the complaint was submitted to you, but only that the individual was at our skating rink on a Saturday afternoonWe have been in operation since and have always tried to satisfy our customersI tried several times to reach the customer, [redacted] , without any successThere were two phone numbers given, but no one ever answersThere was an e-mail address, but after sending an e-mail, I never received a replyI actually “physically” sent her a letter and am waiting to see if I hear back from her.Unfortunately, since we can only pay minimum wage, we are left with hiring teenagersOccasionally we come across a very good worker, but times out of 10, we are dealing with teens who don't take the responsibility of a job very seriouslyI would really like to know the date of the afternoon at which the Customer, [redacted] , came skatingI could then check time cards and schedules to see who was working the entrance register on the date in questionAt that point I could question the employee and hear their side of the situationI’d also like to know if [redacted] asked to speak to the manager on duty that dayI’d like to take this moment to let you know we are doing all we can to resolve the problemThe skating rink's phone number is ###-###-#### and my personal cell number is ###-###-####, should you need to contact us any furtherSincerely, Mary F.manager

Your letter included the time and date at which the complaint was submitted to you, but only that the individual was at our skating rink on a Saturday afternoon.
We have been in operation since 1980 and have always tried to satisfy our customers. I tried several times to reach the customer, [redacted], without any success. There were two phone numbers given, but no one ever answers. There was an e-mail address, but after sending an e-mail, I never received a reply. I actually “physically” sent her a letter and am waiting to see if I hear back from her.Unfortunately, since we can only pay minimum wage, we are left with hiring teenagers. Occasionally we come across a very good worker, but 9 times out of 10, we are dealing with teens who don't take the responsibility of a job very seriously. I would really like to know the date of the afternoon at which the Customer, [redacted], came skating. I could then check time cards and schedules to see who was working the entrance register on the date in question. At that point I could question the employee and hear their side of the situation. I’d also like to know if [redacted] asked to speak to the manager on duty that day.
