I purchased one month of product I kept but it did not make me feel good and all other purchases I returned promptly and wrote I was cancelling my ord
Purchased brain supplement 89.95/mo and I returned all but the first order. Total of returned product I was charged for is 449.75. I sent back in mail. I could not reach company by phone. One time I did leave message but never recieved call back. Other times could not get through. Purchases from 3.2018 through 8.2018. I had to cancel my debit card that they were charging because they would not stop charging and sending.

The phone numbers given by Sunset Supplements for customer service are never answered. I placed an order for a trial size of their product for 4.95 and the debited my card for 4 transactions, 1. 24.95, 2. 24.95, 3. 5.95 and 4.95. I was supposed to only pay for one trial size of 4.95. Of their phone numbers only one answers and that is the ordering department at XXX-XXX-XXXX. They only take orders and refer to their customer service number at XXX-XXX-XXXX, no one ever answers only plays music. The number you have on your site of XXX-XXX-XXXX and the number on my bank record never answers only plays music. My bank will file a complaint but won't charge back to Sunset Supplements. I am 75 living on social security and cannot afford to lose the amount of $60.80 that they took from my account.

Did not deliver products and will not answer phone. I want to cancel my subscription but now I will be charged 90$ per month and there is no way stop!
