FreedomRoad Financial apologizes for any inconvenience you have experienced as it relates to receiving your title to your motorcycle for the loan that you have paid in full. Upon paying your loan in full with us, our policy is...

either to issue a release of lien letter or the actual title, if held by FreedomRoad Financial, within 10 business days of your loan being paid in full. On 12/15/2014, FreedomRoad Financial sent the original title to you to the address of record. As of 02/11/2015, you had contacted us because you had not received it and requested that we obtain a duplicate title on your behalf. On 02/16/2015, we requested a duplicate title at our expense from the Connecticut DMV. The duplicate title was received and forwarded to you on 04/15/2015. As of date, you have not received either the original title or the duplicate title. FreedomRoad Financial feels that in good faith it has done everything possible to resolve this matter. The quickest resolution would be for you to obtain a duplicate title from your local DMV office. To process the duplicate title request, the local DMV requires a lien release letter executed by FreedomRoad Financial. On 06/23/2015, FreedomRoad Financial issued a lien release letter and mailed it to the address of record. If you would prefer that FreedomRoad Financial request a second duplicate title for you from the Connecticut DMV, please send the $25.00 duplicate title fee made payable to the Connecticut DMV and we will process the request. Please note that if FreedomRoad Financial processes the duplicate title request, it may take up to two months. Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience and frustration this matter may have caused and hope we have resolved the matter to your satisfaction.

We would like to apologize for any problems you may be experiencing with your loan with FreedomRoad Financial as we have been experiencing...

longer customer service wait times due to our website conversion. FreedomRoad Financial's policy regarding billing errors is for the customer to send a letter detailing the error within 60 days after said error appeared on their statement. Within 90 days of receiving your letter, FreedomRoad Financial will either correct the error or explain the results of our investigation concerning your account.
The Bank's regular payment posting sequence is 1st current interest due, 2nd current principal due, 3rd late charges, and 4th other fees; and any remaining funds being applied to reducing the principal balance. By authorizing to participate in the FreedomRoad Financial Skip A Payment program, a customer acknowledges that they are aware that finance charges continue to accrue on a daily basis on the outstanding balance due. Therefore, the amortization and application of the scheduled payment may change which results in having to pay a higher total finance charge than the payment amortization and finance charges originally disclosed.
After reviewing your payment history, all extra payments remitted were applied correctly to outstanding late charges due, deferral fees due, or principal in said order.
If you have any additional concerns or would like a detailed history of your payments please feel free to contact our Customer Service Team Lead.

FreedomRoad Financial's payment portal states the following-
"Payments submitted through this portal are limited and cannot exceed $25,000.00. Please review and confirm your payment information carefully before finalizing this transaction....

Payments submitted after 5:00 PM CST (6:00 EST or 3:00 PST) will be processed on the next business day. Payments will not be processed on weekends or Federal Holidays."
Our records indicated the only payment made or attempted was on Sunday, February 26, 2017 at 11:12 CT, this payment posted to your account as of Monday, February 27, 2017, per the above disclosure.
FreedomRoad Financial feels that the terms are clear regarding payments made on our payment portal and not misleading or unfair. Our customer service stated that you promised to pay on February 24, 2017, this payment was not made.
The Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) prohibits information furnishers from providing information to a Credit Reporting Agency that they know or have reasonable cause to believe is inaccurate. FreedomRoad Financial takes their responsibility for reporting accurately very seriously.
When an account hits 30 days past due on a non-business day, payments made on the next business day will not be reported to the Credit Reporting Agencies as past due since payments are unable to be processed on non-business days. In this instance, the payment in question will not be reported to the Credit Reporting Agencies as past due as it was received before the cut-off time before a weekend. Should future payments be received after the cut-off time described above, such payments would be reported to the Credit Reporting Agencies.
If you have any additional questions please feel free to contact me.

Hi [redacted] -
The reason you have not received a statement from us is because your loan has been paid ahead. When a loan is...

paid ahead then no payment is due and a statement is not generated and mailed out. This should have been explained to you when you called us. I apologize for any miscommunication on this matter.
To update you on current status, we did receive a large payment from you recently. There is still a small balance left owing on the loan. That amount is $59.86. That pay off figure on the account is good through July 10th. Once we receive that amount then the loan will be paid in full and we will release our lien and send out the title to you. We normally send out titles via US Postal Service regular mail but we will send out yours via FedEx with a tracking number.
I want to confirm the correct address that it should go to:
[redacted]
Can you please confirm that this is the correct address?
Once you have paid off the remaining balance please feel free to contact me so that I can insure that the title is sent out right away. I will list my contact information at the end of this correspondence. Again, I am sorry for any misunderstandings and any inconvenience that this caused to you.
Sincerely,
[redacted]
FreedomRoad Financial

I have sent my last payment , when I get my title I will except this excuse. why did I call your company on a Monday , not getting a call back till late Wednesday evening your not that busy or are you to cheap to hire enough help. You need to think more about the people you work with than your bottom line. Something are better with less profit

Sunset Tile & Bath remodeled our Master Bathroom and they did a fantastic job! The work entailed demolishing our existing M-Bath, moving all of the plumbing, enlarging the shower & making it a steam-shower, filling a sunken roman tub (circa 1978)& replacing it with an in-deck soaking tub, and changing the vanity to dual sinks.

Their workmen came everyday and worked from 8:30am to 4:30am. We were kept apprised of what was to transpire next and we saw progress daily. In all of the work we had done, there were only 2 minor glitches and both were addressed immediately and corrected. The team at Sunset are all extremely nice to work with, professional, and confirmed with us on details such as shower head & faucet placements. [redacted]'s assistance with design and product choices was invaluable! [redacted] or [redacted], the owners, stopped by to check the work just about every other day.

We just cannot say enough about what a wonderful experience we had working with Sunset and highly recommend them to anyone considering a bath or kitchen remodel.
