Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I don't want to accept the response until I have my refund for the cost of the dog in my handAt that time I will contact Revdex.com and let them know the complaint has finally resolvedThis has been on going since August 16th when I brought the dog back to MsH***'s residence and the dog resides with her, to do with what she wants I am certainly glad that MsH [redacted] had agreed to honor her contract regarding the temperment issue with this puppyAs I have said this puppy began snapping at me and aggressively lunging and snapping at my home vistors by the age of monthsMsH [redacted] states in her contract she only sells dogs with excellent temperaments and she knew what I was looking to purchase in a puppy As I am sure no person looking for a family pet would like to have to deal with a dog like that.Yes I initialed the contract stating the medications I was leaving with the dog per my vet, and the instructions for giving themSo as I have stated I will contact the Revdex.com as soon as MsH [redacted] returns my funds (2500.00) for the dog she now owns and call this issue resolvedMy opinion on this business will not change though as this issue has been on going for months now! Ms P*** purchased a month old puppy from mePuppy had his shots, wormed, and a health guarantee that stated she could return the puppy within hrs for either her money back or a different puppy if anything was found wrong during the vet checkPuppy was basic obedi handler, ence
trained , Jean P***, Holly , Kirsten S*** and me. Soon after getting the pup, Ms P*** felt she could train it better her way, also didn't like what I was feeding etcWhile I did not agree, I had no choice but to let her do it her way as it was her puppy. Ms P*** felt the dog would not obey, she came back with it and we did private training session, pup remembered all he had been t***t and did it beautifully, Holly, a training intern, worked with Ms P*** and I to show Ms P*** how to work the pup. Ms P*** , as per the contract, had private training sessions she could have taken advantage off, she only came to oneTwo months after getting the puppy she wanted to return it and inquired about getting another another pupp from meI suggested that German Shepherds are probably not the right breed for her and suggested getting something different When the puppy came back (after she had it for TWO MONTHS), he was on two kinds of medication , Cephakexib and Methy(can't quite read it- I believe it may be Metrozone for guiardia)Puppy needed to be on meds for a few more days, was underweight, coat was dry and dullIn no condition to be placed anywhere elseI also noticed he never looked back at Ms P***, which I thought as odd, pup did not seem attached at all I told her I would place the pup and give her her money back if it was a temperament issueI also wrote on the contract that I would have the dog tested independentlyI did, I had another trainer, Walter W***, (who does not train here) check him out, very sweet pupTom H*** a Khandler and animal control officer, checked him out, not a problemAnyone is welcome to come and look at the pup and play with him, he is very sweet. As a matter of fact, I breed and train for *** (*** *** *** *** ***), also the *** *** *** people, Rahma D*** for their safe houses, and other organizations but , unfortunately, Jaxx is too mild to put into any of those programsI need to find the perfect home for him If the pup ever showed aggressiveness , it had to be under a very threatening situationThis is not an aggressive pupI am not going to accuse anyone, but I have given shots to this pup, clipped his nails, and he has never done anything aggressiveHe did seem head shy when he came back and I suspect he may have been grabbed by the back of the neck and hurt in some way The dogs are a partnership between myself and a good friendShe put up the money to import them, I do the work and trainingDogs are in her name as Ms P*** well knowsWhat happened years ago during the divorce from *** is really none of her business, though she could have askedMost people know and totally get it. I try to be careful where my puppies go, sometimes, I get fooledI could not compound the problem by giving her an exchange puppy. He has a copy of the contract.2) He was so happy with the dog that his girlfriend got one about a year later.3) When contacted regarding this, I offered to go above and beyond the contract. They decided to keep the dog and feed it a supplement that care of the problem, did not want another puppy.4) they then contacted me that the two males where fighting.4) then they contacted me that the second dog had allergies, send me the copy of the allergy report and were angry I could not talk to them immediately- it was Thanksgiving week and I was super busy and wanted to read the report before talking to them. They send me copies of the test-reading go  from 0 to 5000 (FIVE Thousand is the top), under 100 is no allergies, all the allergies where under 200(TWO HUNDRED), the highest one was to dust mites. The allergies are so negligible that are not even worth Benadryl! And no one else seems to have the problem, are we serious?5) According to the [redacted], no one is sure where the PMI comes from, though , just in case, I stopped breeding that particular combination.6) These people called and demanded money to make it "go away", that is called extortion, and its against the law. They know I am not in breach of contract .    I never place puppies with renters , I had no idea that they would loose her farm and things would become difficult or I would never have sold them a dog, much less two. Renters have an unstable situation and things can change too quickly.Both pups come from top German bloodlines and are solid champion, top of the line dogs- Father is V rated, had a SCHH 3 title and was V5 at the internationals, mother was out of top rated German bloodline. Both parents were imported after careful selection and  at great expense and to refer to this as a puppy mill is insulting  and ignorant.If I didn't talk to them I would not know as much as I do about their personal lives, I will not put it all down unless I have to but I always have their new phone number (it changes often), and always comes through as unlisted . I know they are having a hard time , but what they are pulling is a class H felony and my patience is wearing real thin.
