To follow up on customers concerns, the vehicle originally came in for glass chips in the paint on front end (bumper, hood & roof)Repairs were made, cowl panel (plastic cover) was replaced & inspected & customer picked up vehicleShe returned vehicle stating it was missing a small cap on panel & also polishing compound left on vehicleCap was ordered & compound cleanedCustomer picked up vehicle againCalled customer when cap came in & she refused to have it installedVehicle passed bumper to bumper inspection at Frank Hyundai & also inspected & passed by her Insurance company, AllstateShe returned again with these current issuesI inspected other Hyundai Elantras & found them to be all the sameI test drove the vehicle with her @ mph & found no issuesIn my professional opinion there were no sheet metal or structural damages to this vehicle to allow these issues to even be possibleThank you, [redacted] owner

filed complaint id# [redacted] can not believe you go by what sunset auto body stated issue is not resolved and all state is still dealing with issues after attempts taken back for repairs to sunset auto body each time vehicle had more issues do not trust owner now more than ever he did go on a ride and heard wind noise also looked under dash board said he did see holes frank Hyundai stated if windshield was replaced that's when insulation being removed and issues with cowl would have happened sunset body replaced windshield and cowl with Korean parts and missing parts vehicle was made in USA which they aware of recently went to frank Hyundai stated new cowl was required since sunset auto body charge all state $for part it is not a warranty issue also did not match paint for touch up and left bumper falling off do not trust owner to touch vehicle will have repairs done elsewhere all state will pay and collect from sunset auto body I work for Dmv years and never realized you really don't do any thing when people complain but you shouldn't state issues have been resolved unless you verify information I can always send you photos from repair which are dated I have photos since the beginning of repairs

on panel & also polishing compound left on vehicle. Cap was ordered & compound cleaned. Customer picked up vehicle again. Called customer when cap came in & she refused to have it installed. Vehicle passed bumper to bumper inspection at Frank Hyundai & also inspected & passed by her Insurance company, Allstate. She returned again with these current issues. I inspected 2 other 2014 Hyundai Elantras & found them to be all the same. I test drove the vehicle with her @ 70 mph & found no issues. In my professional opinion there were no sheet metal or structural damages to this vehicle to allow these issues to even be possible. Thank you, [redacted]owner
