in this case sunshine auto sales is dealing with her brother because he is the one driving the car and uses it for a commercial useSunshine auto sales sent this Cadillac to a Mechanic as the customer complain about a sensor after the saleSunshine Auto sales paid for the sensor and also a Gasket
belt for a customer curiosity through third party mechanicCustomer`s brother is complaining about Alarm Issue that happened in the car after three month of using it

CUSTOMER WAS ADVISED BUT DID NOT SEEM TO UNDERSTAND THERE IS A POWER OF ATTORNEY FOR PERSON NAMED ON TITLE, THAT IS WHO SIGNED THE TITLE

it seems that the customer has an issue with her Mechanic as she states that when she bought the car from has the car had no issues or codes.

I am sorry to hear that the car needed Turbo after 2 month and half and the dealer fixed the alternator after u got the car however we cover only engine and transmission only because it is a used car and even the warranty packages cover only Engine and Transmission only

we sent the title through [redacted] tracking # [redacted] and was confirmed recieved bu[redacted] had delays because of Chrismas and was told that it is [redacted] delays thank you

Review: We purchased a van on Feb 14th 2014. We were told it was a great running van, no major problems and that tom would fix any issues that we had. We knew it was going to need a new exhaust and probably new brakes. On the ride home... the heat went out. I called [redacted] as soon as we reached home and he promised to fix it. I took the van back out there and they had never ordered the part. So they were to send it to me in march. They never did. Well the van is junk because there was also an issue with the transmission. I drove maybe 300 miles in this van and lost out on over $1500 because the products they sell are subpar and they do not disclose issues with the vehicles like they should.Desired Settlement: I would like to have all issues with this van including the transmission, heat and brakes fixed as they should have been done before I purchased it. If this is not an option then I would like a full refund.
