A friend referred me to Computer Software Solutions after using two times, so took my Acer all-in-one in complaining about it running slow and freezing up. Wanted to know if I had a virus. This was in May 2015.
Mr. L[redacted] told me he would have it ready the next day, which he did. I thought the fee was reasonable and he was very nice. Saw marked improvement in speed and the freezing up was completely eliminated. Learned from a neighbor that my cable company controls the speed depending on which plan you have with them. At any rate, I was very pleased with the service there as Mr. L[redacted] seemed very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. I will definitely use again if the need arises and feel comfortable recommending to friends.
