Avoid this cleaning companyThe technician was abrasive and rudeI had purchased a Living Social deal for sq ft of tile cleaning and that was all I wanted to be doneHe was scheduled to arrive at 9am but did not show up and I had not received a courtesy call advising he would be late or was on way so I telephoned and was advised he would be there approxto 10.30amWhen he did arrive he immediately began by asking things like who did the tile cleaning last, what equipment did they use so I knew he was launching into upsellHe insisted on giving estimate for entire tile area but I told him I understood that would look better but today I just wanted the sq ft done pleaseHe then ranted on about the reputation of the company and there A+ rating with Revdex.com (which btw is false!) and that it would be "stupid" to only do the sq ftAgain I told him that I only wanted the sq ft living social deal done and please what area would that cover? He became more and more abrasive and rude and ranted on about what a Judge would rule in a court case if I only got that done and then was not happy etc...Finally I had to ask him to leave and my tiles were not cleanedA few minutes after he left he telephoned to tell me he had informed his boss who told him he had acted appropriatelyWhat a ridiculous notionWhat terrible customer service!!!! I reported him to Living Social and got a refund but I will never recommend or have them in my house againIt was quite intimidating, uncomfortable and abusiveA very bad experience

This is the WORST cleaning company EVER!!! Not only was the owner is so rude, he also insulted us and left without doing any kind of cleaning!!! We had a groupon and we only wanted what the groupon services covered, but this guy was totally not agreeing and wanted to charge us for every small thing possible(he wrote us a quote for $other than the $we paid for the groupon)We were ready to pay for some of the extra charges but he won't agreeWe are the most polite people one could do business with, but this guy made us so mad! Way to do business dude

I had a very bad experience dealing with Sunshine Carpet CleaningI purchased a Living Social voucher to have sqfeet of tile cleaned When the technician arrived, I told him I wanted the living social deal and nothing moreHe said, with his particular method of cleaning tile, the tile that was not cleaned would look terribleAfter a great deal of discussion, I finally relented to have all of the tile cleanedI expected the technician to measure the tile to find out the entire sqfootage to be cleanedInstead, he paced it offHe said we had sqfeet of tile to be cleanedI disagreed with him, but he said that was the correct square footage(Later, I measured the tile with a tape measure and got sqfeet of tile)He over-charged us by over sqfeet! After the technician had cleaned the tile and left the house, I noticed that his van had leaked a big puddle of oil on our drivewayLater that evening, some of the tile that had been cleaned, started making loud "popping" noisesThe adhesive for the tile had become compromised, and now that tile is loose I feel that the representative from Sunshine Carpet Cleaning over-charged us, did not do a good job, and left our home worse off than it was before he cameI would not recommend this business to anyone

He was scheduled to arrive at 9am but did not show up and I had not received a courtesy call advising he would be late or was on way so I telephoned and was advised he would be there approx. 10 to 10.30am. Technician didn't show for first appointment (without informing us). At the second appointment, he immediately started the "upsell" - demanding that we pay him additional to seal the tiles - twice as much as original price. He refused to do just the cleaning that we contracted for. We now find many other reports online of his "bait and switch" tactics. Don't waste your time with this firm!

When the technician arrived, I told him I wanted the living social deal and nothing more. He said, with his particular method of cleaning tile, the tile that was not cleaned would look terrible. After a great deal of discussion, I finally relented to have all of the tile cleaned. I expected the technician to measure the tile to find out the entire sq. footage to be cleaned. Instead, he paced it off. He said we had 700 sq. feet of tile to be cleaned. I disagreed with him, but he said that was the correct square footage. (Later, I measured the tile with a tape measure and got 586 sq. feet of tile). He over-charged us by over 100 sq. feet!
After the technician had cleaned the tile and left the house, I noticed that his van had leaked a big puddle of oil on our driveway. Later that evening, some of the tile that had been cleaned, started making loud "popping" noises. The adhesive for the tile had become compromised, and now that tile is loose.
I feel that the representative from Sunshine Carpet Cleaning over-charged us, did not do a good job, and left our home worse off than it was before he came. I would not recommend this business to anyone.
