RE: In response to your email received and dated 8/15/2016 ID [redacted]
It is with great concern to receive your letter of complaint from [redacted] Sunshine Cleaning Company’s goal is 100% satisfaction. Please accept the following facts in determining the position...

of Sunshine Cleaning Company LLC.June 16th 2016 Sunshine Company was notified via “Thumbtack” was hired for a Move in/out Cleaning of a three-bedroom residence located in Muskego, WI for an informed price of $225.00
July 22nd 2016 customer emailed indicating they would request their cleaning to commence on Friday July 29th.
July 24th 2016 customer emailed address
July 28th 2016 customer called and rescheduled cleaning for August 1st at 3:30pm
August 1st 2016 3:30pm myself and daughter arrived at the older unfurnished residence to meet customer and to find that the residence had just undergone renovation, paint and hardwood flooring throughout and that the customer went on to explain how dissatisfied they were with the painting and flooring contractor as well as a baby sitter and three other cleaning firms. (yes, at this point myself and daughter discussed if we would even be able to please this customer) we proceeded to provide our services including wiping down the newly painted walls do to all of the construction sawdust (not originally agreed) and swept/cleaned the dust and debris/dirt from construction (residence was a mess) the (2) bathrooms were cleaned, scrubbed and sanitized with bleach with the customer’s prior consent to use bleach, the two carpeted bedrooms were vacuumed, all window sills dusted, all baseboards wiped and oiled, all closets wiped, All hardwood floors were vacuumed/wiped, kitchen cabinets and drawers emptied and vacuumed (rodent fesses was vacuumed from cabinets and under sink) appliances cleaned and sanitized. The residence was completed at 7:30 pm (8 labor hours) upon completion the customer was notified that we would wait onsite to make sure they were satisfied. She indicated it was ok to leave.
August 2nd 2016 10:00am customer called indicating she was not happy with some areas in the Kitchen, and there was “mouse poop” I assured that we strive for 100% satisfaction and that we would return to provide additional cleaning/sanitizing to the kitchen area.
August 2nd 2016 12:00pm arrived onsite to provide additional cleaning to the kitchen area, it was also noted that there were additional rodent fesses that was once again vacuumed up. Kitchen cleaning commenced at 4:30pm (4 additional labor hours) once again, contact was made to the customer that we would like an inspection prior to leaving and she indicated that she was at a relative a block away and that she trusted our judgment.
August 4th 2016 received a text message that the customer was disappointed and deceived about mouse poop in the kitchen, again we made the recommendation that she may want to get an exterminator to catch the mouse.
August 6th 2016 the wife’s husband calls the office and indicates that the bathrooms were not cleaned and indicated that he would like to receive a refund, (now why if they were not happy with the bathrooms, weren’t we informed prior to making a return trip) although we indicated we would return again.
Please note: we only suggested that the customer may want to contact a pest control, based on the fesses that was found. Sunshine Cleaning Company cannot be liable that the pest control only caught one mouse to date? We have also learned a very valuable lesson in business, if ever having to second guess a customer, it may not be a customer for us. I was also sent a text on August 9th indicating that we broke her new vacuum cleaner. (let it be known that we bring our own supplies, including vacuums and the customers vacuum was not used by Sunshine Cleaning Company)
We are not sure this customer can be fully satisfied, although Sunshine Cleaning Company has attempted multiple times to satisfy this customer, returning and providing an additional four hours of cleaning services and also indicating for the customer to inspect prior to us leaving the premises. As for indicating there were rodents, even the customer indicated that the pest control caught one???
I have also attached feedback from Thumbtack indicating “EVERY” customer serviced has provided a five stare rating with positive feedback.
Respectfully’
