I am rejecting this response because:
They didn't tell the whole truthAfter being being insulted I got upsetI do admit I did use profanityI generally don't speak that wayI'm not a person that speaks in foul languageI will if I get upset and be felt like I'm being mistreatedOne has to really push me to that point which they didThey generally don't listen to what you're saying which gives me the impression that they don't really careOne thing that bothers me the most is when I first came in with medical they treated me like I was a piece of trash, but later I came back again with adequate Insurance according to what one said there now I'm being treated differently after I lose that adequate insurance and I'm back on medical which this last encounter they treated me like I was a piece of garbage againMy bottom teeth are still rubbing slightly in the upper crowns one of the big problems that I have is I was telling them this but they didn't seem to understandI said that I'm receiving pain in my crowns but they keep using the fact that I need this by gard and I need to spend more money which I don't haveI think they're just working me to get my moneyafter doing the work on my teeth they wanted to charge me $for mouthwash and insisted that I really needed thatI'm under the impression there just after my money I don't have a lot of money I can't afford $for a bite guard that I generally don't need I attend a grit my teethI been like this for all my life I'm years old for the past 25-years I can remember I've always done thatI've had to come back on couple occasions about what they did with the crowns and they keep insisting they didn't do anything wrong, my bite is not the same as it was before they did the workSomething wrong and they're failing to accept the fact that they were wrong but they want me to keep coming in giving them my insurance doing all this stuffI really want my money backI do, I need to go somewhere else and pay somebody else to fix it because these guys here they don't listen, they don't and that's frustrating for meI don't know how many times I came in maybe a half a dozen times to me that's way too many The first time you have to do the work the second time come back and explain it fix it maybe even the third time it should be fixedIt's still not fixed, because my bottom teeth are still clinking on the inside of my upper teeth (crowns), and if I bite down in a certain way my teeth touch the crown one of my crowns I get a pain so something's not done right in the process, of the inside of the crown I'm not a dental person I don't know how to explain it all, but I know for a fact that I should not be receiving this pain I have a friend two friends that have two crowns in the front of their mouth and they say they don't never have any problemsit was the what they did at the dentist office It's either the dentist assistant pushed inward instead of outward this is what I've been telling themBut the office manager don't want to hear it she said we're all professionals here, and the people themself, something's wrong there and they're all in cahoots together it's a small office with about people of course they're all going to stick up for each other cuz no one's going to say anything wrong against one another, in fear they're going to lose their job or they're tight-knitThat's a small office they all work together they've all been there fa number of yearshow many people make complaints about it? I TS not know how many people know that they can make a complaint It's not know how many people think that doesn't matterI'm one that don't think it even mattersI don't think it because if it did people would take action and action would be taken place, things will get correctedI'm fed up with them I don't want nothing to do with this office If? I can get my money back from themI want my cash money that I spent on them I gave them the benefit of the doubtI've tried over and over but because this last time the way she insulted me told me that if I knew how to communicate betterI've talked to people before even ask do I make senseI been told I communicate articulate very wellI've always been told I communicate really good; Her words were if I knew how to articulate better they would understand meThat's an insult, that's basically telling me I'm an it, I'm stupid , and I don't know how to talk but it's funny when I talk to other people business people they understand exactly what I'm sayingSo it's either they don't know how to listen or they don't know how to care or it's just basically I'm a piece of trashI want my money they get away with all this garbageI'm now speaking my frustration, my hurt and I'm saddened by thisbecause I am the type of person I am when I'm sad and I feel like I'm being mistreated, I get upset and right now I feel cheated, I feel mistreated, I feel like they totally disregarded me as any value, you know a human being .they say all this stuff if they only knew I told him that in the very beginning that I had a learning disability in any way you don't tell somebody if you knew how to articulate better we would understand youthat's flat-out wrong right thereThere's a way to be really so basically them saying that all the with they're saying is not true man I can sit here and install you and and people can do that and in downgrade you feel little you in the most sweetest nicest way whatsoever but the I say everything that's what was said or how much said is nuts miss not what how it said it's what said and basically that this is frustrating cuz I have to do this on the phone so I can't go back and really read what I saidWhich frustrated is therefore more educated than I am so they know how to write and they know how to word things better than I do all I can do is tell you the facts and tell you the truth I can't use these fancy words are this fancy way of this professionalism and on that's what's kind of messed up that's word companies get the better of the author of the consumer because of their education and their lawyers and they know how to write stuff out and you get someone that don't have any of that or don't have a lot of money to pay anyone to do that they get cheated

First of all we would like to apologize if he at all felt discriminated againstWe here at Sunshine Dental treat everyone with the same respect regardless of there insurance status, whereas almost 45% of our patients are on the Denti-cal programWe have had an up and down relationship with him for
over a year nowBack in Nov,crowns were placed for him, prior to this and after it was explained to him that he needed to get an occusal bite guard due to his bite issueWe delivered crowns on 11/19/16, he returned on 11/23/where he received additional treatment and we did an adjustment on the crowns for himWe did not see him again until 3/18/On this day we did another adjustment for him, we again explained about the bite guard and understanding his financial situation we offered him a 30% discountWe are very confident in the work we do here at Sunshine Dental and the work that he receivedWe will gladly continue to make any additional adjustments he may need and our offer of a discount for the bite guard still standsOur only concern is that on several occasions he has become very verbally abusive to several staff membersLast year we had an incident where when simply asked a question about his mailing address he got very upset, yelled at us, slammed the door and threw a cup of coffee at the front of the buildingOn 3/18/we feel as though there seemed to be a communication breakdown between him and our office, he became very irate yelling at us, calling staff names and scaring several other patients in the officeHe became so aggressive that he was asked to leave several timesWe've tried several times to be very understanding and we have never insulted his intelligence, as for any learning disability we have never been made aware of thisAgain we will gladly see him in regards to any emergency needs and our offer still stands for the 30% off for the occusal bite guard but given our confidence in the work that he received this is what we feel comfortable with offering
