He never spent a day in his life in a crate Short of being shipped to his new homes He was born and raised right here in my family room HE was much smaller than all of the other puppies except for one I kept those two together inside for three more weeks then the others They then graduated to my garage, which has been converted to a dog room as I do not want the stench of puppies in the house From there he moved to a large play area NONE of my dogs are in kennels or crates I have acres of land and have very large play areas for the dogs [redacted] and his brother were kept in one together away from their siblings because they were smaller Since this buyer never came to my property, how would she know how they were raised[redacted] has always been an outgoing boy, but low man on the totem pole All of this was explained to the buyer before she bought When one lives on acres of land, it is kind of hard to expose them to traffic, other people and other dogs besides my own He was always sociable with anyone who came onto my property because I was there I also explained to this buyer about one of my dogs that I showed I started to show him at the age of months He would walk around the ring with his tail between his legs, attached to my legs After a couple of shows like that, I kept him out of the show ring until he was about months, when he became a more self-assured dog He went on to be undefeated in the show ring,a nd on the cover of the Tibetan Terrier book that was out at that time This buyer would have been better off buying a puppy rather than an older one if she did not want to take the time it would take to get him used to so many different things I have told her he will come around, that by months they are very aware of new things and everything will scare them That it will take time That is when she started accusing me of beating the dog and miss treating him Now she says I kept him in a filthy environment, and I supposedly kept him in a filthy crate all of his life She may have wanted to ask the people who bought his sister from me just what the environment was since they were here and she was notSpreading rumors around about me, bad mouthing my kennel will end up with a lawsuit against her She cannot tell lies about something if she never saw it? Also, she needs to leave the other buyers out of this and quite being a pest to them.As for taking dogs back, I always do as I do not want my dogs ever in a shelter, but they do not get their money back In her case, I offered her money back if she sent the dog back She would not do that The people who owned him before, we had an agreement that I would send them a portion of it back, but not until I am finished with this woman for good.As for him being matted Please It was getting cold in ** I told her he would need to be shaved down because he came back matted My hands do not allow me to groom like I used to He was bathed, tummy shaved and I combed his coat, but missed some matts I told her I was sorry that I missed some matts but he was NOT a filthy matted mess If I had shaved him, there would have been no problems, but she did not want that and I told her that I can no longer groom.I am tired of this woman, nothing will make her happy and I am not going to give her any money back, She was told from the beginning that she would not be getting papers They were sent out to the other ***s, whether they say they got them or not, they were sent out I do not have another set of papers for him As I said, I did offer to contact AKC and see what could be done to get her a set of LIMITED registration papers, but when she got so very, very nasty to me, forget it

pecking order I also told her that he would not be coming with any AKC papers We talked for quite a while about him and his personality When I tried to explain to her that Tibetans at this are going to show what their breed is known for, they are shy of strangers and she was going to be a stranger to him and it would take time for him to come around Because they are shy of strangers and because of his age and the fact that he did not know her and that he had a soft personality, that he is going to act that way with her But because she had owned Tibetans before, she thought she knew everything and would not listen to me She knew all of these things before she bought the dog She got him and loved him, was very happy with him for a while,but acknowledges that he was shy With me he was very outgoing, but he knew me Then she started accusing me of beating on the dog I told her that in no way was he ever treated poorly and I have witnessesHe is acting that way in a very submissive manner because he did not know her and to continue to love on him as much as possible She again let me know that she knew everything about Tibetans and when I tried to tell her this was normal, she told me no way Well, I have been a breeder of Tibetan Terriers for almost years I think I know more about their personalities then she does, but she informed me that I knew nothing I have tones of emails, and text messages back and forth with her, let alone all of the phone calls from her I even offered to take him back and give her her money back, but she said she would never turn him back to me so that I could continue to mistreat him.Then she started asking for his papers I reminded her that before she even bought him, he would not come with papersHis papers had been sent to his first ***s, who now say they do not have them The dog was sold as a pet, and papers only show that he is a purebred (which she knows he is), he cannot be used for showing or breeding, so why does she need the papers? I told her I could send her copies of the parents AKC papers to prove that he is a pure bred, but no, she wants the papers She has kept this up for months I told her yesterday I would check with AKC to see if there was anything that could be done, but then she got even nastier and told me she was going to post everywhere about me So I told her, fine, do that I will not even try for any papers now.She is a *** and the old saying that ***s need *** is totally true with her I have done what I can with her She knew right from the beginning, before she even bought the dog, that he would not be coming with papersAt this point I feel she wants them to breed him and in no way am I going to allow her to do that

*** *** I never accused her of "beating" him I did accuse her of isolating him and not socializing him I have documentation from the vet appts with first ***s They match my concerns about long hours of crate and timidity.I have been working with him since october to extinguish early hesitancy and it is so slow I don't know that he will ever really lose his fear A dog obedience training class would not accept him because he wouldn't leave my side.I have spoken with prior ***s and other AKC breeders and her reputation is well known.I don't want my money back I want her out of this business.Her years in t he business do not account for years of life experiences that have pushed her to move on into miniature *** *** I had bought my first dog from her in I thought I could trust her and didn't listen to other advice I was mistaken.Please have her send you the phone texts Her responses to my worries were just to discount them and to tell me he would improve.I paid $for a emotionally abused animal/ His prior *** also paid $and were not refundedShe told me the other day the the prior ***s did not return the papers They say they never received any.I knew he was not an AKC registered dog but on her website she talks about limited registration I have received no papers at all
