I had SolaTubes installed. This is a truly great product that can transform interior space. However, I had a very complicated roof that made an ideal SolaTube installation difficult. Two of the installed SolaTubes worked as expected; the third was transmitting only half of the light that it should. Initially, Sunshiine Experts was stumped, but they were persistent in working to find a solution. They sent their top installer out. He found a way to shorten and straighten the tubing which was a big improvement. I am completely satisfied. Their customer service is top notch. Not only do they have great products, they have great customer service and a sincere desire to ensure excellent installations and satisfied customers. The installer was great about explaining everything he was doing. When we had a problem with one of the SolaTubes, the owner personally called me to assure me that they would find a solution. He was absolutely sincere. He sent his top installer, [redacted], back to inspect the installation and [redacted] returned again to make it 100% right. They did everything they could--and more than I expected. Both the owner and [redacted] were simply terrific.

Installed Solatube skylights, I thought both of the installers were excellent.

Slight mix up with scheduling, install went fine, no issues, love the product.
