Per our conversation this is what happened [redacted] stopped by our store on 09/and was interested in engineered hardwood floors for one of his ren**l propertiesI explained to him about engineered hardwood floors vs solid ¾” and laminatedHe decided to go with engineered floors and left with a sample I handed to himHe came back in 12/23/to order the engineered floor that at that time we had in stock, Baltic engineered hardwood floorsThe sample that was shown to [redacted] months prior to his purchase was just to show a comparison to other floorsHe asked me to match the price I gave him months prior and I did, we didn’t **lk about what brand , what we discussed was about the color he wants (red oak)We delivered the engineered hardwood floor on 12/28/After we did the delivery to [redacted] he did realize the engineered hardwood floor was different then the sample I showed himHe did stop by the store and explain to our manager Robert about the issueRobert explained to him I was the one who placed the order and I will be the one to resolve this matterI was out of the country for few days, when I got back 1/10/I called [redacted] and asked him to stop by and discuss the issue, he did and we went over the problem finding out on the delivery there was wrong boxes delivered At that time he said he wanted to return the engineered product not because the mis**ken delivery of boxes but because Robert the manager was a (expletives).He asked Robert for a refund on product Robert explained to [redacted] that he would have to wait for my return and that he was not authorized to do thatWhen I spoke with [redacted] I told him no problem and the next day we will stop by and pick up our product and refund his moneyAnd that’s what happened, the next day we picked up the product and same day we refund the full amountHe paid credit card we refunded credit cardI would really like to see Revdex.com **ke this seriously and we can have a three way conversation over the phone not a letter from me righting to himI do **ke my business very serious and when problems like this occur I like to resolve them ASAP Razvan [redacted] (R.***CEOSunshine Floor Supplies Inc
