I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
The company motto is dont replace the furnace because we can fix it Why would they fix the furnace if they felt is was not repairable? The serviceman contacted me personally convincing me that the furnace could be fixed I was looking to replace the furnace I called another company who went out to give me a second opinion and he company was unable to give me an estimate because the service man Mike took the furnace apart without my consent and he was unable to diagnose the problemIf the motor was bad Sunshine Heating and Cooling should have dianosed the motor before replacing the partsThe heat exchanger and the board has a year warranty and the company indicated that it is a day warranty on the repair of the furnace in working condition The company is a scam I made a mistake by getting them on *** where most crooked companies are found I thought since they were suppose to be licensed and bonded that they were a reputable company I requested a detail receipt from the secretary and she never gave me one I also want a receipt from the purchase of supplies I am asking for a refund of the $which he charged to fix it Mike insisted the furnace was fixable therefore I told him to fix itThe company said it was a warranty on service and they did not uphold their end My furnace went out within days Within hours after the company fixed the furnace my tenant Mr*** called and said that the furnace was not blowing and it still was not fixed The company never fixed the problem but they took my money I reported the company to my bank because the funds are still on hold I plan on fighting to get my money back I am reporting the transaction as fraud The back will return my money to my account within hours and they will retrieve money from Sunshine Heating and Cooling The tenant Mrs*** called the City for no heat The heat was out for days due to the ordering of the parts for the furnace and scheduling a time There are no other complaints filed against us beside that The company is dishonest and a fraud Money hungry and all about money. John P***, the owner also called me a liar and he has been in contact with the tenant to go against us in court How unprofessional is that I am demanding my detailed receipt and a portion my money backPlease forward the many so called complaints we have against us because we are not aware of them He is not very honest with the many lies he is providing I will make sure the company reputation is known to the world to not use such a unprofessional company who dont provide quality service to consumers. of m

In responds to Ms [redacted]son's complaint.  We received a call from Ms [redacted]son on a Sunday to repair her rental property furnace. The gas furnaces flame was rolling towards the interior of the house and causing carbon monoxide poisoning gas to enter the house hold. I explained this to Ms [redacted]son...

and told her the furnace's heat exchanger was bad and Ms [redacted]son need to replace the heat exchanger or replace the old furnace with a new one. I ran the serial number of the old furnace and discovered  that the old furnace was 17 years old. I stressed to Ms [redacted]son that the old furnace should be replaced. Our service tech also stressed that the furnace needs replaced because there could be other problems with the furnace besides the heat exchanger. She told us she was getting other estimates and opinions from other companies. We wrote on her invoice not to use the old furnace because its dangerous for fumes entering the household. Her tenants told us that she refuses to fix anything in the house and they have called Cleveland housing department complaining there has been no heat in the house for weeks. The housing inspector told me that there has been many complaints regarding Ms [redacted]son not fixing problems with this house.    We got a call from Ms [redacted]son telling us Cleveland housing has inspected the house and the heat exchanger was bad and she needs to get it fixed or they were going to turn Ms [redacted]son over to the housing court. Ms [redacted]son called and told us that her old furnace has a warranty on her old heat exchanger and she wants it fixed not replaced. I stressed to her again that the furnace should be replaced not fixed because other  issues could arise because of the age of the old furnace. Our service tech told her the same thing. I old our secretary to tell her the same thing. We tried to convince Ms [redacted]son numerous times not to fix the old furnace. Ms [redacted]son told us she did not have the money to replace and she wants the new heat exchanger installed in her old furnace. We special ordered the heats exchanger and found out we had to place both heat exchangers because both were rusted out. We installed the heat exchangers and circuit board. The furnace worked for 3 days and the inducer motor failed. We told ms [redacted]son the new problem and she wanted all her money back so she could buy a new furnace from someone else. I explained that the parts installed were special order and I would discount a new furnace or discount the inducer motor to help with fixing or replacing her furnace. She told me she was going to sue us and hung up.

Ms ** purchased a Rooftop unit from us 9/3/2015. The unit was shipped to Columbus and Ms. ** paid for the unit with a credit card and signed receipt for the delivery. A copy of the receipt was given to her and we have forwarded to receipt to the Revdex.com.Thank YouSunshine Heating & Cooling...
