Fadi was very friendly and keptIn touch with me while I got a loan for workProblem was he didn't have work comp insurance and had to delay start date Second he required $for signing contract and $for supplies and etcwhen he had done no work and hadn't even started workThe contract was for $ I cancelled contract as soon as I was told he couldn't charge me when he hadn't even started workNo work comp was the other issue because he told me and my daughter that he had work comp, not that he had to buy it when I gave him money I cancelled contract on 6-8-and didn'tget my money back until 6-23-He also deposited my check for the before he was supposed to and then tried to charge me $615.00in charges I am a senior citizen and I am angry that he was dishonest with me and overcharged me

Dear [redacted] , in response to your attached letter dated April 17, and the original complaint submitted on 2-1-15, I offer the following response: Included with [redacted] home sale is a 1-year warrantyWe do warrant the electrical system however if a circuit trips due to a specific appliance that is not compatible with the code required AFCI controlled outlets, there may be occasions that the Homeowner/User is the source of the issueAttached to this response is the section of the National Association of Home Builder's Performance Quality Guidelines related to this breaker tripping issueAs you can see there are certain appliances that will trip AFCI breakers and the systems are operating correctlyUnderstanding this our Vendor visited the [redacted] home on February 26th, and attached is a Service Order that was signed by the Homeowner indicating that Dining room light circuit was repaired.Please contact me should you need any further assistanceSincerely, Stephen FL [redacted] V.Pand General Manager

It was the holiday time, and my mom's furnace went out The owner of Sunshine Home Builders came out at the end of his day, gave us a reasonable price to perform the work to replace it My mom was thrilled with the workman sent and was so appreciative of the time he started, the speed with which he worked, and the fact that the owner came by to make sure all was hooked up properly Thank you! In each instance you came through! I was so impressed with your company, because you called when you said you would, stopped by when you said you would, and got the job done on the day you said you would! Fantastic! I was grateful that this small job was taken seriously and not delayed to a more convenient time My mom is and needed to be warm over the holidays I couldn't be there, I'm so glad you could fix it for her Thanks!

Second he required $1000.00 for signing contract and $6000.00 for supplies and etc. when he had done no work and hadn't even started work. The contract was for $23500.00.
I cancelled contract as soon as I was told he couldn't charge me when he hadn't even started work. No work comp was the other issue because he told me and my daughter that he had work comp, not that he had to buy it when I gave him money.
I cancelled contract on 6-8-2016 and didn'tget my money back until 6-23-2016. He also deposited my check for the 6000.00 before he was supposed to and then tried to charge me $615.00in charges.
I am a senior citizen and I am angry that he was dishonest with me and overcharged me.
