I contracted this companies services on or about the 27/08/2013 by giving them a $4000 deposit by credit card to start the project. The owner processed this $4000 twice claiming it was a problem with his credit card company. Finally after many calls got this situation reversed and corrected. This was all completed by telephone and internet as I live in Canada but when I do come down the job would be completed and I would pay him the balance. When I arrived in Peoria in October he had not completed the work. After a month of aggravation with workers doing the work while we are supposed to be relaxing we find out that he had spent my deposit for his own personal use so in order to get the work completed I ended up having to pay for the material. The net on this transaction was that after the work was finished the contractor owed me $1060.49 with a promise to pay me back this amount when he could raise the money. He did in-fact give me $500 a week after he was finished the job but he still has not paid me the $560.49 he owes me. On raising my concerns with The Registrar of Contractors for Phoenix area they tried to get him to pay me but at the end of the day this becomes a civil matter and and to be frank the amount of money is not worth the battle; it is the ethics and being allowed to operate as a licensed contractor who has violated the purpose of a deposit.

[redacted] and [redacted] came out to my house to fix a broken irrigation pipe within a day after I called them. They fixed that break and discovered and repaired another without complaint or unreasonable delay. [redacted] was knowledgeable, honest, and tidy, leaving my yard in great shape. He was also extremely reasonable in his fees. I would recommend his work to anyone.
