If the director could just have the teachers change the wet diapers of the infants and toddlers every two hours there would be an improvement to the service

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.As the director noted, the children were released from their care, yet what she failed to mention was that one hour earlier when I picked the girls up, she walked into the class room as I was photographing a bruise on my infant's cheek under her left eye, in which I also have a photograph of her face before I dropped her off that morning free from any such markAny parent who cares for the well being of their child would be irate to discover such a thing and take necessary action.As the Father of my children it is of the utmost importance to me that my infant be changed regularly, especially when she has frequent bowel movement which requires extra attention, which the director had been notified aboutWhat she failed to mention was that in her message hours after I left them at the daycare, she stated that my daughter arrived with a severe diaper rash.For employees of Sunshine Kids Corner to fully complete daily paperwork on children under their careAll of my documents from the two months my daughter was in there care I have incomplete and inconsistent daily care paperwork. For Sunshine Kids Corner to immediately cease from the maltreatment/neglect of infants and toddlers.Refunding of my payment for the week in question- not giving my money to my estranged wife unbeknownst to me
I only know about this alleged refund because of the response to the Revdex.com, I did tell the director that I paid the tuition and I have the receipt, also the director did note that she was keeping that weeks tuition and refunding the tuition for the following week, even though they were released with no prior notice (as a retaliatory action) on a Tuesday and tuition was paid for two weeks ahead.Also, and lastly- whichever accredited accolades this business claims immediately be redacted as multiple violations dating as recent as May are listed online for potential consumers to research athttp://it.ocfs.ny.gov/DayCareFacilitySearch/Profile/Index***
